You will be responsible to:
+ Implement productivity actions and define priorities within your own work to achieve the proposed goals;
+ Lead, manage, and train the teams that will take part in Continuous Improvement Initiatives, problem-solving groups, and risk assessment teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing;
+ Support the development of the Operational Excellence Training Program, facilitating and delivering training sessions to the team, ensuring the content is applicable and easily understood;
+ Drive a continuous improvement process within the plant that is visible and transparent for all, using indicators, working methods, visual management, and other appropriate communication tools;
+ Ensure the constant reduction of time and costs in all Manufacturing activities, focusing on operational efficiency and waste elimination;
+ Ensure that all operational staff are adequately trained according to the Operational Excellence training procedures in place;
+ Ensure that all assigned tasks are planned and delivered on time, with a focus on safety, efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness;
+ Make quality and timely decisions within the tasks under your responsibility;
+ Gather relevant data to inform decision-makers about complex issues, supporting objective and accurate problem-solving;
+ Execute professional activities in compliance with GMP and HSE guidelines, ensuring that Hovione's policies, systems, and procedures (COPs, HBR, SOPs, etc.) are rigorously followed.
We are looking to recruit a Candidate:
+ University degree or equivalent in a field of Science, Engineering, or similar scientific area;
+ Lean and Six Sigma training;
+ Experience in related industries, preferably in the application of cGMP´s, ICH/CFR, ISO norms, and Industrial Safety guidelines;
+ Strong knowledge of Quality, cGMP´s, ICH/CFR, ISO norms, and Industrial Safety;
+ Ability to apply statistical tools for data analysis and problem-solving;
+ Fluency in English is required;
+ Proficient in MS Office and related operational systems;
+ Proven experience in conducting tasks according to established rules and procedures, with a focus on adaptability and continuous improvement;
+ Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, with a pragmatic approach to overcoming obstacles and implementing effective solutions;
+ Communication and leadership skills to influence and motivate teams, promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence;
+ Interest in developing Power BI dashboards.
