Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Facilitate and coordinate the department’s involvement in Lean, Kaizen and Six sigma continuous improvement activitiesLead on Lean, Kaizen and Six sigma workshops or task for operation & process improvement.Provide training on Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma principles and methodologies to employees at requiring levelsAdvise teams through identifying inefficiencies, brainstorming solutions, and implementing changes.Consolidate, follow-up and summarize continuous improvement activities and cost saving from each function to meet company targetPerform improvement project in responsible area as project owner by utilizing Lean, Kaizen, 4IR and Six Sigma methodologyMaintain shop-floor 7S Management system: standardization, conduct monthly audit and improvement

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or manufacturingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making

PREFERRED:

Experience in electronic manufacturing especially hard disk driveKnowledge of project management methodologiesUnderstanding on automation, Industry 4.0, or digital transformation initiatives

SKILLS:

Good command of spoken and written EnglishSystematic thinking and quick learningUnderstand in Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniquesStrong communication and leadership abilities for driving changeProficiency in data analysis tools and summary (Excel, Power BI, Minitab, Plant simulation, etc.)
