Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

B.S. Degree or PharmD from an accredited college of Pharmacy

License/Registration:

Current licensure (or licensure eligibility) by the Alabama State Board of PharmacyParenteral licensure/eligibility in specified areasPermanent licenses required within 2 months of entry into the job

Desired Qualifications:

Working knowledge of applicable pharmacy operations and proceduresWorking knowledge of practice in specialty care areasParenteral licensurePreceptorship

 

Responsibilities

Ensures appropriate, safe, effective & efficient use of medications through the application of pharmaceutical principles in order to provide optimal patient outcomes.
