Operational Planner (1-Year 3rd Party Contract)

Job Description

Manages demand and supply to ensure material availability.Manages quality and ensure minimum downtimeInitiate and manage projects to improve department targets and KPIsFirst point of contact for our internal/external customersWorks at ASML SingaporeIs responsible for executing Customer Supply Chain Management (CSCM) Service Contract (Materials Availability) for a field regionIs responsible for 3PL warehouse and Freight forwardersIs responsible for Preventive and Corrective maintenance of Service ToolsFocuses on end to end processes and improve efficiencyOwns KPI's/improvement projectsSolves constraints (e.g. analyze material shortages, trouble shooting)The main interfaces are:Internal: CSCM regional teams, CSCM central team, CS, Procurement, Sourcing, D&E, Account teams,External: Suppliers, 3PL, CustomersInterfaces generally on own level and one level aboveInterfacing with 10-15 stakeholders across sectors

Education

Bachelor Degree or Diploma in business administration, supply chain, logistics, IT, engineering

Experience

2-5 years of experienceFresh graduates may also apply

Skillful knowledge with Microsoft office toolsExcellent presentation skillStrong project management skillStrong communication  skillsStrong time-management skillsGood problem-solving abilityPotential leadership capabilitySAP knowledge will be plus point

Special requirement and skills

Focus on Planning both parts/toolsLead Spartan CycleLead and manage Top Down ProjectsReview and monitor SLA performance, analyze data and lead escalationGood data sense and find root cause if anything goes wrongGood presentation and Power-point skillsAble to write Macro scripts and pull and analyze dataStrong knowledge on ERP systemsLEAN or Six sigma certified

Other information

This is a 1 year contract, renewable subject to performance and business needsThis is a 3rd party headcount, where incumbent's payroll will be managed by a recruitment agency

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
