The mission of this role is to bring strategies into realities through Project and Activity Management excellence, as a part of Innovation & Productivity Realization Office.
Main responsibilities of the role will be;
Manage, lead and implement product related projects in a continuous changing environment;
1-Innovation, renovation projects
2- Productivity projects (Raw and packaging materials)
3- Secure supply projects (New suppliers, supplier localization, duplication projects, contingency plan settlement etc)
4- Quality and Regulatory driven projects
- Mobilize and lead the cross-functional resources/stakeholders to achieve key milestones first time right: On Time, In Full, to the right Cost, with the right Quality.
- Assess project requests from teams, provides preliminary technical, logistical, cost, timeline, risk/benefit and other feasibility implications
- Drive issue resolution with the cross functional team and align clear recommendations on way forward
- Responsible for developing and updating the project timeline in alignment with the stakeholders
- Coordinate the overall project budget requirements in alignment with the stakeholders including trial cost/requirements based on the agreed validation plan if any, write off & analysis cost.
- Lead a cross functional risk management exercise documenting risk level and mitigation actions & ensure feedback from the stakeholder is captured.
- Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including communication of project status and escalations to Leadership Team - Prepare project overview and scenarios for decision making
- Ensure all criteria of stage gate process are met before moving to the next stage
- Execute right project management practices for all projects & drive proactively for continuous improvement in Ways of Working and processes
Technical/ Functional skills competencies:
-Bachelor's degree from engineering sciences
-Min 5 years experience preferably in Project Management, Quality, R&D, Industrial or Supply Chain functions
- Knowledge, experience in Manufacturing/Supply chain operational/technical environments
- Experience in the food/pharma industry
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and project management methods
- PMP certificate is an asset Leadership competencies
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams with collaborative mindset
- Open to challenges and able to overcome obstacles by coordinating the project team
- Have analytical skills and overcomes complex situations by simplifying and focusing on benefit to business
- Effective leadership and stakeholder management at all levels
- Result driven
