Siemens Real Estate (SRE) is the Real estate service provider at Siemens and holds overall responsibility for the group’s real estate business. We manage Siemens' portfolio and operate the buildings, including all services related to real estate management. We oversee property disposals and manage construction projects, ensuring resource use is optimized for cost, transparency, and efficiency at over 2,500 locations worldwide.

Responsibilities:

Entrepreneurial management of real estate business for the assigned locations in alignment with SRE strategy.Ensure optimal performance from Facility Management service providers.Support the development of space optimization initiatives according to customer needs and market trends, aiming to improve space efficiency, reduce occupancy costs, and optimize rental conditions both internally and externally.Provide solutions for tenant space and services within established frameworks.Assist with property forecasting and budgeting.Drive Real Estate innovations, such as sustainability improvements.Demonstrate an understanding of corporate Real Estate and its impact on daily business operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of project management experience.At least 2+ years of experience in Real Estate facility management.Strong customer-centric mindset with a talent for creating win-win solutions in challenging situations.Background in Business Administration.Excellent collaboration and persuasion skills across multiple internal and external groups.Advanced English proficiency.

Additional Requirements:
