Our Impact:

The operational resiliency function acts as a center of excellence for resiliency management. The group enacts Resiliency risk management policy and standards; ensures that regulatory requirements are met and provides aggregate measurement and reporting to make Resiliency Risk management outcomes transparent.

Your Impact:Enable the resiliency team's success by ensuring effective management and operations through program/project planning, budgeting, monitoring, and adherence to Divisional and Corporate standardsManage all internal and external communications/reportingProvide oversight and accountability for all program management functions such as risk/issue, financial and resource managementDrive development and collaboration of annual strategy, roadmaps and RCSAs/Internal Audits and Regulatory reportingCoordinate internal and external governance forums, working groups, and manage down all related communicationsCoordinate and conduct communications and training for process, policy, and procedure changesAct as liaison to management and customers on advanced technical applicationsFacilitate interactions with senior leadership on matters requiring cross-divisional coordination and collaborationQualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 8+ years of experienceProgram/project manager with background in operational risk and resiliency preferredExperience working with business and technology teamsFamiliarity with business productivity tools (including but not limited to: Fusion, Oasis, MS suite; JIRA; Confluence; Workday) and automation experience strongly desired.Keys to Success in this Role:Build and maintain positive relationships across business, technical, and non-technical teamsStrong communication skills; oral, written, and presentation skills to broad audiencesTeamwork across multi-disciplinary and multi-functional areasCritical thinking and the ability to connect the dotsA willingness to focus and drive toward finding the optimal and acceptable solution

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $116,000 - $174,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
