An excellent opportunity to join the Operational Resiliency & UK Business Change Management (Infrastructure) team within Global Delivery, Edinburgh in a varied role where you will be supporting the Head of EMEA Custody and local business units in managing and overseeing infrastructural type projects through to implementation taking ownership of the end to end project management cycle, business analysis, oversight and management of the self-custody infrastructure and supporting the implementation of the Operational Resiliency Program within Global Delivery as we translate new regulatory requirements into a business as usual framework. A strong understanding of the financial services industry is imperative and experience of working in a regulatory environment is preferred.

What you will be responsible for
As Operational Resiliency & Business Change Management (Infrastructure) Support you will
Focus on managing development, production and sign off of business requirements, documentation and managing the implementation of projects inc. managing the overall lifecycle.Serve as project lead of the business requirements analysis and implementation phases of projects. Provides project management throughout the lifecycle for small, medium and large, often complex, projects, usually regulatory or business led.Conduct high level business analysis involving complex business requirements and process.Prepare cost/benefit analyses and recommend systems or process design solutionsAnalyse effectiveness of current processes and recommends systems or process design solutionsUtilize expert level of knowledge on projectsAssume overall responsibility for and follow up of the project execution until the product is implemented and utilized.Support the implementation and oversight of the Global Delivery Operational Resiliency Program to meet specific regulatory requirements set out by the UK regulators (FCA and PRA), making sure regulatory deadlines are met by working closely with the EMEA Operational Resilience team, Global Enterprise program and Global Delivery UK Critical Business Services to ensure alignment of both strategic and tactical solutions into a business as usual environment and reporting into the local governance framework (ORF, BRC etc)What we value
