JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is essential to our Operational Risk Management Team. As an Operational Risk Management Training and Oversight Specialist, you will ensure our learning engagements are productive and effective. In addition, you will monitor and oversee adherence to policies and standards. Ultimately, your work will enhance operational risk management across the organization by delivering high-quality training, oversight, and governance.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess, identify, and prioritize training needs.
Design and maintain training materials, on-line learning modules, course materials, and training manuals that support our operational risk management efforts
Organize and schedule training sessions, ensuring alignment with project timelines and availability of participants.
Deliver/ assist in the delivery of operational risk training engagements.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input, provide updates, and address concerns related to training initiatives.
Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including agendas, meeting notes, action items, and status reports
Monitor and track the progress of training initiatives, ensuring timely completion, and addressing any issues that arise.
Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making and demonstrate the impact of learning initiatives as well as the need to potentially adjust the training strategy as needed.
Identify opportunities to streamline training processes, from needs assessment to delivery and evaluation.
Independently support and/or lead operational risk oversight and governance activities (i.e., reporting, monitoring of policy/standard adherence/ ad hoc initiatives)
Support employee engagement activities (i.e., focus groups, employee newsletter, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree
Two to three years of training development/management
One to two years of risk management or adjacent experience
Skills/Knowledge
Ability to collaborate with partners to deliver engagements in line with expectations
Ability to organize intricate Operational Risk Management programs into digestible, actionable concepts for business and Operational Risk stakeholders
Advanced PowerPoint skills, and proficiency with other Microsoft applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
Demonstrate adaptability by embracing innovative approaches, solving problems proactively, and drive innovation
Focus on details, ensuring quality control, and generating insightful analytics to enhance the operational risk framework
Demonstrate initiative by offering recommendations to enhance products, resolve issues and implement solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $132,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
