As a Senior Analyst/Manager of the Commodities and Global Markets Operational Risk team, you will support all divisions in their contribution to the Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting process, from initial trade execution to report submission. In this role, you will proactively approach and identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen controls end to end. You will conduct control assurance activities and investigate incidents thoroughly as well as contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational resilience.
You will work closely with audit and assurance teams to review control effectiveness and implement solutions for areas of improvement. Additionally, you will play an active role in facilitating engaging risk workshops and training sessions, empowering teams with valuable insights and strategies.
What you offer

3+ years’ experience in either Operational Risk, Assurance, Regulatory Engagement or Regulatory ReportingExperience working with a broad range of stakeholders and the ability to effectively collaborate with and challenge colleagues across a range of seniorityThe ability to think laterally, grasp abstract concepts and complex situations combined with strong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills.
