As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a key part in supporting EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety), ensuring compliance and fostering a safe and sustainable workplace. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Update Social Security documentation in customers platforms on a monthly basis. Manage documentation and medical appointments for employees across the Iberia region. Validate and code the invoices from different customs agents and send them to a center of excellence inbox. Prepare and coordinate shipment of business cards. Maintain accuracy between invoice information recorded in Oracle and the purchase orders. Ensure the database is consistently updated and accurately maintained.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Disability Certificate. Administrative education and proven experience in an administrative role. Spanish language proficiency (written/read/spoken). Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

English, Portuguese or other foreign languages communication skills.
