2. Design and implement comprehensive L&D programs through various type of learning solution.
3. Lead implementation to ensure people skills to be fulfilled and can deliver a great outcomes in supporting business direction & growth.
4. Contribute to our efforts to build a culture of growth, creativity, excellence, and impact.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Training program and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
6. Accurate reporting and ensure all compliances
