All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **The role you’ll contribute:** **Under direction of the Director, the Operational Transition Specialist II works closely with various Adventhealth. Departments to coordinate operational transition and full-cycle provider recruiting, pre-boarding, and off-boarding activities. Applies functional expertise in the design, implementation, and administration of recruiting and onboarding activities that are competitive, flexible, easily understood, and legally compliant. Key liaison for physician and APP employment candidates and newly acquired practices providing dedicated on-site on-boarding support to the practice teams as they integrate into Adventhealth. Performs a wide variety of project activities to support the Physician Alignment Group, Transitions, Provider Recruiting, and Operations teams. Compiles, analyzes, and reports on operational transition activities. Responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the transitions database. Responsible for training, transition assignment, and shift leadership for Operational Transition Specialists. Partners with teams to identify opportunities to improve process and elevate expectations and results. Clearly articulates complex situations that may involve legal or financial risk to appropriate team partners to enable them to have consultative conversations directly with their teams, candidates, and/or with senior leadership. Mentors Operational Transition Specialists, supports full scope of Operational Transitions Manager(s) responsibilities, and may serve as primary accountable or responsible party for project management of lower complexity projects, clinic/department moves, closures, expansions, consolidations, and/or tenant improvements.** **The value you’ll bring to the team:** + Coordinates various operational, provider onboarding, provider off boarding, and other transitions activities as assigned. + Acts as liaison between newly acquired practice teams, operations leadership, and Physician Alignment Group Leadership to ensure acquired providers and clinic teams have a smooth transition and integration to Centura Health. + Maintains project issue tracking logs and required escalations from initial documentation through resolution. + Completes required forms and submits as applicable (e.g., Practice Build Requests, Provider Access Requests, New Vendor/Contracted Services Initiations, Cost Center Requests, Trade Name Filings, etc.) + Assembles formal project discovery and presentation packets (e.g., drawings, staffing plans, discovery sheets, transition calendars, provider onboarding calendars, etc.) + Updates transition status reports and presents/facilitates status update and planning meetings as needed. + Maintains, inputs and audits transition documentation for all transition and recruiting activities and ensures integrity of the database entries. + Completes invoicing for on-boarding expenses to appropriate clinic or facility cost centers. + Promotes a team environment, willing to assist others, and responds timely to providers, hospital, and operational staff. + Must be able to multi-task numerous initiatives and work efforts. + Responsible for all essential functions of an Operational Transition Specialist with added responsibility for reporting, facilitation, training, transition assignment, and shift leadership support.
