Operations Administrative Specialist Senior

Location:  On site, Memphis, TN

Summary

Under limited supervision, this position performs a variety of routine and complex clerical duties ensuring the timely and accurate processing of paper and/or electronic data under strict departmental processing standards and guidelines. Supports Specialty Banking initiatives by providing administrative support for conferences and/or meeting events.

Key Responsibilities Include

Gathers, compiles, sorts, verifies, and enters the required information into the system to ensure timely and accurate data processing. Prepares a variety of standard and complex reports for the department; ensures monthly reconcilement reporting and scheduling in advance for Specialty Banking meetings. Assists internal and external customers with simple routine questions; refers to Team Leaders for complex issues and/or to the appropriate deal team. Maintains all documentation according to departmental and company retention guidelines. Ensures all tasks and duties are in accordance with departmental and company policies and procedures. Assists with Specialty Banking support for scheduling, presentations, delivery of content and assistance during presentations, as necessary. Completes, passes, and maintains an up-to-date status for all positional and company required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s). Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include

High school diploma or GED

At least 8 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
