Our client, a nonprofit organization, is seeking an Operations Administrator in Midtown, Manhattan. The hours are Monday-12-7, Tuesday-Thursday 10-7, Friday 10-4:30, with occasional later evening or weekend work

During the school year, and 9:00am-5:30pm in the summer.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison for Operations, Facilities and SecurityCoordinate program reservations, set ups, food orders, A/V needsOrder necessary supplies for programs and officeBook flights, buses and other travel and logistical needs for all trips and eventsReconcile credit card usageProvide daily support with signs, snacks, guests, early pickups, sign-in, and special eventsStay on top of formal and informal inter-departmental goals, standards, policies and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required1-2+ years of EA experienceKnowledge of synagogue life/ Jewish education is a plusExcellent written and verbal communications skillsStrong attention to detail
