Rate of pay: £11.71 per hour

Are you an organized, customer-focused individual with strong administrative skills? Our client, a leading service provider, is looking for a reliable Operations Administrator to join their team based in Dudley!
As an Operations Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with queries, troubleshooting, and liaising with engineers to ensure seamless repairs, installations, and maintenance. You’ll be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service while maintaining accurate, professional records in line with GDPR requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service and delivery inquiriesHandle a variety of calls related to general customer inquiriesProduce and prepare relevant paperwork to assist installation teamsScan, upload, and maintain documentation to ensure accurate record-keepingGenerate invoices for products sold and chargeable remedialsMaintain and update customer files in line with company policies
Qualifications & Skills:
Have a strong understanding of UK geography to assist with planning and schedulingProven experience in an administrative role, ideally in a customer-facing environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalFamiliarity with GDPR and document managementEmpathetic, customer-first approachA flexible approach to work and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
