**DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a talented **Operations Administrator - Level II** to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Cummins Inc. facility in Whitestown, IN.
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ **Maintain Accurate Records** : By entering and updating data in the database, you ensure that stock, inventory, and training records are always current and reliable.
+ **Respond to Enquiries Efficiently** : Retrieving and providing accurate information on inventory levels and delivery schedules will help in addressing customer and internal queries promptly.
+ **Support Administrative Processes** : Performing routine administrative tasks, such as order allocation and preparing reports, will help streamline operations and improve efficiency.
+ **Enhance Health, Safety & Environmental Standards** : By reporting hazards, complying with HSE standards, and promoting safety practices, you'll contribute to a safer work environment.
+ **Ensure Quality Control** : Conducting quality checks and identifying non-conforming materials will help maintain high standards and minimize costs related to quality issues.
+ **Optimize Delivery Processes** : Efficiently receiving, sorting, and storing goods, as well as picking, packing, and shipping products, will ensure customer expectations are met and warehouse space is optimized.

+ **Warehouse Operations** : Utilize warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to achieve defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations. This will ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
**Education/Experience:**
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports and advanced level computer skills.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Additional Information:**
This is an on-site role at the Indy RDC to process dealer returns.
BMS experience preferred, but not required.
PIV experience preferred or should be willing to be trained.
Computer experience and good communication skills essential.
**Compensation:**
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
