Salary Range

 

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $26.44 to $28.85 hourly. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.

Reporting Structure

 

The Operations Analyst reports directly to the Manager of DTC Operations.

 


What You’ll Be Responsible For:

 

This position requires frequent on-site presence at the 3PL warehouse in City of Industry, CA, as well as regular visits to the Los Angeles Design Studio to support cross-functional coordination.

 

Omni Operations/Reporting:

Oversee the processing of omni-channel orders, ensuring seamless integration between online and physical store orders.Generate and analyze daily and weekly reports on new store performance, providing insights into sales trends, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and 3PL to address any issues related to fulfillment and ad-hoc requests.

 

3PL Warehouse Operations Support:

Serve as a day-to-day liaison between the company and 3PL warehouse, supporting the execution of operational tasks.Coordinate and track reticketing requests, quality holds, and inventory audits to ensure timely and accurate resolution.Partner with the 3PL’s Value-Added Services (VAS) team to review, and track cost impact of services, identifying opportunities to reduce spend and avoid chargebacks. Respond to ad-hoc operational requests by facilitating communication, gathering required documentation, and ensuring alignment across internal and external teams.

 

Warehouse Return Logistics:

Manage returns for both e-commerce (EC) and wholesale channels, ensuring accurate RMA creation, processing, and timely resolution.Analyze return data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.Coordinate with 3PL and quality teams to streamline return procedures and enhance overall efficiency.

 

Parcel Audit/Reporting:

Analyze parcel spend and identify cost-saving opportunities through invoice reconciliation, service audits, and account usage monitoring.Assist in the development and execution of reporting tools and processes that support courier performance tracking and operational visibility.Manage courier claims for DTC and Retail Store shipments and monitor key parcel KPIs to ensure accountability and identify areas for improvement. 

 

Packaging Strategy

Analyze packaging spend and identify opportunities for cost reduction through material optimization, supplier consolidation, or process improvements.Assist in the development and execution of packaging strategies that align with company sustainability goals, operational needs, and brand standards.Collaborate with sourcing, operations, and design teams to implement packaging changes, ensuring feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and timely execution
