We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health & Benefits team at Mercer. This role can be based in Tampa or Ft. Lauderdale/Sunrise, and it is a hybrid role with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As an Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving success within our dynamic US Health Operations team. You will be essential in executing Mercer’s regional strategy, ensuring we maintain our financial and operational excellence while upholding the highest compliance standards. This will also include tracking commissions and forecasting. Join us in contributing to the success of our health operations!
We will count on you to:
Set up, renew, and track policies, projects, and codes in a timely mannerReview transparency compliance/required documents as neededAnalyze expected commission variances to actual cash receipts and investigate to resolve all large variance issuesReview and adjust commission forecasts as neededMonitor unresolved cash receipt applications and work to keep the suspense account balance lowAssist with fee account work in progress managementProvide ad hoc reporting to Consultants (i.e. commission/ACF reporting, client revenue reporting, detail billing, etc.)What you need to have:
Experience working in a consulting or professional work environmentIntermediate to advance proficiency in Excel - spreadsheets, pivot tables, etc.Good interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage multiple tasksAttention to detail to ensure accuracyGood organization skillsWhat makes you stand out?
