Essential Responsibilities:
Monitor financial and operational performance trendsPerform cost analyses, including expenses, Overtime Pay, and Field Dispatch Premium PayDraw conclusions and make recommendations to stakeholders to highlight opportunities and mitigate risksReview and analyze profit and loss statements for cost reduction and efficiency improvementsIdentify financial levers to improve key processes or structuresAnalyze probabilities, trends, and distributions to provide business performance insightsEnsure daily reporting matches production time, including reviewing Overtime pay and Field Dispatch Premium payAdvise on business and process improvement opportunitiesEnsure accuracy of expense coding and validate expenses before billing customersCollaborate with internal stakeholders (VP, General Manager, Directors, etc.)Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholdersQualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or FinancePMP, Lean, Six Sigma certifications are preferred Minimum of 2 years in business improvement, business transformation, and/or project controller rolesExperience in operational excellence, telecommunications, or similar industrial-based industries is preferredManagement consulting experience from a large professional consulting practice is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.Excellent time management and organization skillsStrong listening, verbal, and written communication skillsDemonstrated conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.Proficiency in MS Office; Power BI skills are advantageous.Work Conditions:
