The Operations Analyst II is required to exercise independent judgment and possess the technical skills to interpret operational problems and follow procedures to remediate issues. He/she must be able to interact and communicate effectively with management and other personnel throughout the organization. Also, good time management discipline, strong oral and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a team environment are key skills.Key Responsibilities:Perform troubleshooting and triage of tickets generated by the monitoring of global systems/networks following best practices outlined in knowledge articles.Work across Global Infrastructure teams in order to resolve technical issues.Work with Infrastructure teams to create Knowledge Articles.Qualifications:2 year associates degree or a 4-year bachelor degree in systems administration or another computer-related field.Fluent in written and spoken EnglishAt least 2 years of experience working in an environment with a high ticket volume.2+ years of IT operations experience.2+ years system and networking administration experience
