Operations Analyst

**Your role:**
+ Supporting leaders with reporting, acquiring and analyzing data from several data sources, while working with management to prioritize business and information needs. Supporting other requests as needed.
+ Analyzing Power BI reports to ensure orders are accurately booked, processed, and invoiced.
+ Supporting the Project Management team by creating projects in Salesforce and tracking hardware shipments, as well as managing monthly invoices of billable hours.
+ Collaborating with Sales Operations and Order Management teams to answer questions related to project and software orders.
+ Analyzing customer survey results and coordinate appropriate follow up actions, while also facilitating customer portal access requests.

+ You’ve acquired 1+ years of experience in analytical reporting function.
+ Your skills include:
+ Proficiency with MS Office and internet applications i.e. Excel, Outlook, Power BI, and Salesforce.
+ Strong organization, prioritization and attention to detail.
+ The ability to work independently and within a group to complete tasks across various departments.
+ You have a bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
+ You’re an excellent communicator, both written and verbal and can share complex information in an easy-to-understand manner. You have a strong sense of urgency with a demonstrated record of meeting commitments.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $70,000 to $111,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
