The position will perform application support functions related to the ship's Guest Experience Systems. The position will perform application support functions related to the ship's Guest Experience Systems. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to supporting the applications, creating documentation, providing customer service for incidents reported, executing database updates as needed. Required Skills 1. Manage and resolve Help Desk incidents. 2. Respond to customer issues via phone, email, and computer chat 3. Document customer interactions and resolutions 4. Write, test, and deploy scripts/sql updates as needed. 5. Proactively monitor and resolve issues 6. Understand the product's technology stack 7. Understand the interdependencies between the product and other products within the enterprise 8. Create and maintain relevant product documentation 9. Experience in using computer hardware, peripherals, and standard computer software programs 10. Possess exemplary problem-solving and organizational skills 11.
