Compensation
The compensation target range for this role is:

An Operations Analyst II is a practiced and insight-hungry contributor in the Manufacturing and Operations space. This position takes ownership from problem definition and requirements gathering to solution deployment, feedback, and maintenance. The analyst will understand stakeholder needs and provide unsolicited analytics in addition to initiative-supporting work because they naturally seek to be a part of creating amazing things and enjoy adding value.Job DescriptionEssential Duties & Responsibilities
Supports operations and conducts data analytics projects to provide information and insights to stakeholders for decision-making or solution development.Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and requirements and has a sound understanding of the development lifecycle.Deploys automation tools to extract, synthesize, and validate data from different sources and transform data into usable metrics.Monitors data quality, troubleshoots and assists in resolving data issues to ensure data integrity.Utilizes scripting and querying tools like SQL, data visualization/BI tools, statistical methods, and produces reports, data files, and dashboards.Acts as SME on several business subjects.Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.Required Skills, Education, and Experience
Sourcing, Planning, Production, Quality, Fulfillment, Transportation, Engineering, Safety, and/or Returns-related operational support.Executive-level research and recommendation presentation.Intermediate SQL, Excel, and BI demonstrated capabilities.Basic statistical forecasting.Python, Git, DBT, and well-rounded technical skills are a plus.Intermediate project management.Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, a quantitative field or equivalent.BENEFITS AND PERKS
