As an Operations Analyst Intern you'll work to support process improvement initiatives within the NBS Operations team. In this role, you will work closely with leadership to develop reports, analyze key performance metrics, and drive efficiency through data-driven insights. You will also prepare project plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance reporting capabilities.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Contribute to Continuous Process Improvement initiatives within NBS Operations.
2. Work with NBS Payer and Applicant Services leadership to develop team reports, telephony analysis, and KPI reporting, including report generation.
3. Prepare project plans focused on process improvement.
4. Provide status updates to management on projects.
5. Create and present materials, cost benefit analysis, and reports designed to aid or support business decisions.
6. Identify reporting needs for internal use and external customers, and work with NBS IT Analysts to determine how best to capture data and deliver reports.
7. Work with other analysts and management to conduct analysis and solve problems regarding routine & chronic problems.
8. Acquire knowledge in systems and processes.
9. Act as a resource for NBS Operations
10. Monitor progress of projects.
11. Participate in and facilitate projects to make improvements within department.
EDUCATION:
Currently pursing a bachelor's degree.
EXPERIENCE:
1-2 years of experience in an analytical, technical, problem-solving or project management position.
