Overview:\n\n\n
Semper Valens Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to support our organization in the Ft. Belvoir, VA area.\n\n\n
Responsibilities:\n
Level II:\n\nApplies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments and may assigned responsibility to participate in team project efforts to:
- Support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders
- Manage taskers and staffing packets
- Develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications (EXSUMs, Information Papers, Briefings, Reports, etc.)\nControl, manages and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.)\nPlan, resource and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.)\nArchive Operations functional documents and information\nRepresent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences; and\nPlan and manage facility requirements.\nDepending on placement in organization may be required to support special requirements (FOIA, International Program, Government Vehicle Driver, Safety, Security etc.).\n\n
Level III:\n
Possesses and independently applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments; may be assigned responsibility to participate in or lead project efforts to:\n\nSupport organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders.\nManage taskers and staffing packets.\nDevelop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications (EXSUMs, Information Papers, Briefings, Reports, etc.).\nControl manages and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.).\nPlan, resource and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.).\nArchive Operations functional documents and information.\nRepresent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences.\nPlan and manage facility requirements.\nDepending on placement in organization may be required to support special requirements (FOIA, International Program, Government Vehicle Driver, Safety, Security etc.).

Qualifications\/Requirements:\n\n\n\nLevel II- AS degree and 5+ years of experience OR HS Diploma\/Equivalent and 7+ years of experience. \nLevel III- BS degree and 10 years of experience OR AS degree and 13+ years of experience. \nMinimum of a Secret Clearance required.\n\n
