Operations Analyst (Resource Management Support)
Position Description:

Operations Analyst involves acting as the primary contact for client requests, managing Shared Mailbox Support, producing detailed project reports, and ensuring accurate project documentation. Responsibilities include identifying and implementing process improvements, training junior team members, handling complex client demands, and communicating effectively with clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact for clients RM request, inquires and ad hoc activities.
• Effective management of Shared Mailbox Support on a daily basis. Ensuring that proper practices of email tagging, archiving, email analyzation and processing are followed.
• Produce high-quality project management and administrative report on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Prepare project documentation, tracker, report guide and quality check. Ensuring that all documents are complete and accurate.
• Primary contributor of identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices.
• Provide training and coaching to junior members of the team.
• Establish coordination with clients and/or team members in terms of understanding the needs and resolving relevant issues.
• Handle complex client demands and provide immediate resolutions for any RM concerns as may be required by the PM, WFM and other clients from different BUs and SBUs.
• Attend process-related meetings with BUs and onshore counterparts, and conduct cross-functional trainings as necessary.
• Ability of communicate information effectively with the client, provide correct data analysis and proactively give suggestions and recommendations to achieve client requirements.
• Perform functions that may be assigned by the SDM

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 2-year relevant work experience
• Knowledgeable in excel functions and report creation
• Detail-oriented, tech savvy, and good communication skills
• Amenable to work on a midshift schedule and hybrid arrangement in Mckinley, Taguig
