Eight (8) years of additional experience, applicable training and/or certifications may be substituted for the Bachelor’s Degree_ _._ + _​_ _Current or recent experience in Combat Plans Division (CPD) or Combat Operations Division (COD) within Theater Air Operations Center (AOC) or Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC)_ + _Ability to learn and apply skills related to new functional areas_ + _Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel_ + _Ability to lead training events to military and technical personnel_ + _Ability to provide exercise support during military training events in functional areas throughout CPD, COD, SRD, or OAT_ + _This position requires the selected candidate to hold an active Department of Defense level security clearance which requires US citizenship while working in support of a government contract._ + _Passport for periodic international travel_ **_What Desired Skills You'll Bring:_** + _Familiarity with various C2 systems/platforms (e.g. MAAPTK, C2CORE, TBMCS, GCCS, GDSS, MIDB, JRE, KRADOS, MAVEN, etc.)_ + _Experience in a Joint Environment receiving USMTF formatted Requests from USA, USN, & USMC (e.g. AFATDS, AMDWS, TAIS, etc.)_ + _Experience in a Combined Environment supporting coalition efforts (e.g. USAFE, PACAF, AFCENT, etc.)_ + _Experience with formal testing of software systems in the air operations domain_ + _Agile Certified Practitioner and/or SAFE Practitioner Certification_ + _Requirements Collection & Analysis_ + _CONOPS, CONEMP, TTP review or creation_ **Security Clearance Requirement:** An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.​ This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
