Operations Analyst - Statements

Employee Benefit Reporting (EBR) is a statement reporting product that has been tailored to the specific needs of institutional defined benefit and defined contribution plan accounts. The EBR Analyst works with the SEI Private Trust Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of SEI. This role requires a self-motivated, individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks on a daily basis while progressively working to the production deliverable goals and EBR client request. The analyst will gain a thorough knowledge of Trust Operations and must maintain the ability to effectively reconcile transactions to their appropriate locations within the EBR statement.

What you will do:

Basic processing and/or service activities specific to team function

Reviewing, analyzing, and entering client information and transactions into multiple systems

Respond to client inquiries in a timely, accurate and professional manner.

Working on special projects as needed.

Perform research & analysis of root cause conditions.

Implement solutions as assigned.

Interact effectively with multiple operational processing teams.

Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality, quality and privacy.

Manage a time-sensitive delivery schedule.

Review all account balances and transactions to ensure that EBR reflects TRUST 3000 accurately.

Analyze all position accruals to ensure they have been calculated correctly and adjust in the case of a discrepancy.

Work with the corporate actions group to preserve the integrity of all corporate actions represented on EBR statements.

Use transaction processing knowledge to review all issues as they arise to guarantee that activity has been processed and is being reflected correctly on EBR statements.

Deliver EBR statements in accordance with all service level agreements as they apply to each client.

Perform Ad Hoc projects for the teams as assigned.

What we need from you:

Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience required. Preference in: Accounting, Finance or Business-related field.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.

The ability to demonstrate effective communication skills with service partners, and internal teams both in written and verbal communication.

Effectively coordinate, manage and complete multiple duties and assignments concurrently and within acceptable timelines.

Provide excellent customer service to both our internal and external clients and service partners, responding timely and professionally to client inquiries as well as handle problems

Must be able and willing to work effectively independently, as well as in a team, in an open floor environment

Must be detail oriented
