We are looking for a Operations Analytics Analyst to join us in our Market Access - Contracts & Pricing team based out of Atlanta, GA
About the role
UCB is seeking a business analytics professional as a key member of our Contracts & Pricing team. This analyst role will have accountability across Commercial Contracting, Contract Operations, and Government Pricing & Reimbursement.
What you’ll do
Develop and maintain KPIs of Commercial Contracting, Chargebacks, and Government Pricing related work.Become department SME for UCB Operations data.Collaborate with intra and inter department colleagues to translate requirements into flexible and scalable solutions.Effectively set and communicate expectations related to business data solutions.Foster relationships with various analytics and data teams to leverage data and insights valuable for C&P.Articulate and present analysis and insights to various stakeholders across the business.Train team members to become data literate and proficient at using new tools and processes to optimize department.

Minimum Qualifications:

Masters in Business Analytics.Ability to utilize multiple business intelligence platforms (e.g., Qlikview, Tableau, etc.).Proven in-depth skill in decision science and modeling as well as proficient use of all Microsoft Office Products.3+ Years of demonstrated success in advanced analytics and modeling.3+ Years in database management and advanced excel functionality.Solution oriented mindset to tackle business challenges and create non-existent solutions.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop analytics solutions across various data sets.Ability to articulate actionable insights to key stakeholders relevant to their business goals.Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to apply analysis to strategic evaluations of contracting strategy, healthcare reform policies, and pricing decisions.
This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $80,000 – 106,000. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
