We are looking for an Operations and Admin Assistant to support the Manila office setup and running and general admin activities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. It is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build their experience as part of a multinational team while having the opportunity to support general business operations activities.
You will be responsible for:
Supporting office planning and day-to-day office operations Maintaining office equipment and supplies, ordering supplies, and supporting the procurement of office and IT equipment Maintaining a detailed inventory of all IT and other equipment across multiple locations Assisting with recruitment and employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between Maintaining records and databases across the spectrum of Business Operations (ie. HR, finance, payroll, etc.) Managing communication channels to ensure queries are promptly answered or escalated Helping employees with business travel requestsIn addition to the above-mentioned tasks other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.
