# Operations and Processes Manager, Brussels We're looking for an **Operations and Processes Manager** to join our team in Brussels. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping our operational strategy, driving key projects from start to finish, and using data to make smart, impactful decisions. If you're a proactive problem-solver with a knack for process improvement and a passion for turning data into action, we want to hear from you. ## What You'll Do - **Operations & Process Management:** You'll contribute to our operational strategy and roadmap, identifying opportunities to improve our business verticals and tracking performance to ensure we're on the right path. - **Process & Tool Creation:** You will design and implement processes and tools for our customers, partners (couriers, restaurants), and field teams. This could involve anything from automating communication campaigns and building fraud-fighting rules to optimizing onboarding and developing new partnerships. - **Project Management:** You will own projects from the initial idea through to final implementation, defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) along the way. You’ll work with various teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and around the world, ensuring projects are executed quickly while upholding high standards. - **Data Analysis:** Using your analytical skills, you will independently create analyses and dashboards to measure the success of your projects and initiatives. - **Stakeholder Management:** You'll collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Finance, Product, and Legal, to ensure consistent focus and alignment on key projects. ## What We're Looking For - **Experience:** 2-4+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, strategy consulting, or operations management. - **Data-Driven Mindset:** You should have a data-driven approach to decision-making and strong business judgment. **Excel modeling is required, and SQL knowledge is a plus.** - **Problem-Solving:** Proven ability to solve complex problems and propose high-impact solutions, seeing projects through from end to end. - **Execution:** Experience in leading process and performance improvements by using data and insights. You should be a self-starter who can quickly identify and implement solutions for both short-term and long-term operational challenges. - **Communication:** Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in **English and either French or Dutch**.
