Job Description:
* Job Description Summary
This is technical troubleshooting in Client Vernova"s Wind Remote Operations Center in Schenectady, NY. This is a shift based role that needs to be performed on campus. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Able to proficiently perform the remote troubleshooting of wind turbines and other power assets using digital tools.
* Read, understand, and execute technical troubleshooting documents.
* Document and communicate the technical data consistent with engineering policies and procedures
* Adhere to applicable regulatory compliance requirements as applicable.
* Provide timely communications/escalate with the respective stake holders on significant issues or developments observed during day to day monitoring
* Document all work performed via guidelines in approved procedures and appropriate playbook via provided digital tools;
* Actively manage customer phone support requests

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor"s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Energy Technologies, Operations or Computer Science from an accredited College or University OR ( an Associate"s Degree from an accredited College OR University with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role) OR (High School Diploma / GED with 4 years of experience in a technical role)
* Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
* Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen
* Must be willing to work out of an office in Schenectady NY, on a 24/7 rotating shift structure
* Ability and willingness to take initiative
* Strong Communications skills both verbally and written in English
* Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
