Who we are looking for
State Street seeks to recruit an Operations and Reporting Vice President to build, maintain, and manage the processes to support the Advanced Threat Operational Reporting and Remediation team within the bank’s Fusion and Security Operations organization. This program will provide analysis of red team, pen testing, and other Advanced Threat related findings and perform immediate risk reduction actions, root cause analysis, and risk and controls reporting to the respective risk committees and the Head of Fusion and Security Operations.
What you will be responsible for
As the Operations and Reporting VP, you will build, maintain, and manage the processes and tools to support the team. You will develop and maintain processes and supporting documentation for the team’s analytic activities. Some of those activities include contributing to the analysis of penetration test findings, generating meaningful reporting to GCS management, managing the assignment of findings from the team’s work, and tracking remediation progress. You will conduct quality assurance over the team’s reports. Key responsibilities include:
Create guidelines and procedures to standardize the work of the teamAssist in the development of an analytical framework to determine the root cause and risk level of individual penetration test findingsParticipate in the analytic process to determine the root cause and risk level of individual penetration test findingsAssist in the development, tracking, and reporting of team performance metricsAssist in the development, tracking, and reporting of enterprise metrics around risks identified during penetration testingManage the process around identification of finding owners, assignment of findings for remediation, and tracking of remediation effortsConduct quality assurance activities on the team’s work product to ensure the risk is appropriately identified, documented, and reportedConduct regular follow up with remediation owners to ensure progress towards completionReports to: MD, Head of Fusion Advanced Threat Operational Reporting and Remediation

Salary Range:
$120,000 - $202,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
