Operations and Training Supervisor

Kellanova is seeking an experienced Operations and Training Supervisor to lead and build capabilities in our production team in Cincinnati, OH. In this critical role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, develop and execute robust training programs, and ensure seamless quality production. This leader will focus mostly on building up capabilities and training programs for the site, while also acting as a relief Supervisor when needed.
From coordinating production and training schedules to optimizing resource allocation, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and meeting production targets. You’ll be leading various projects involving process optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and much more! Build your team to be the best as you develop their capabilities.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
+ Assess and Improve Training – Partner cross-functionally to develop training plans and documents that enable a multiskilled workforce.
+ Production Line Support – Lead all activities on your assigned shift working towards production goals, material changes, and schedules.
+ Direction and Servant Leadership – Lead and demonstrate your people skills as you provide direction and support to your team of operators.
+ Safety First – Our values are important to us; our people safety and food safety are two of them. Having a “ safety first ” attitude is an ingredient for success.
+ Continuous Improvement – Have an owner’s mindset, and all acronyms that come with continuous improvement, 5S, RCA, and LEAN.
We’re Looking for Someone With
+ Experience with training and/or learning and development programs.
+ Demonstrate knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs and processes.
+ High school diploma or GED with substantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule.
+ The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution.
Compensation
The annual salary range is $70,080 - $91,980, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
