Job Title: Operations & Transparency Coordinator Location: Jersey City, NJ Type: Contract Manager Notes: + strong experience in Microsoft Excel, data analysis + experience in a regulated industry (pharma or med device preferred) OVERVIEW The Operations and Transparency Coordinator at Joule will play a crucial role in supporting transparency and reporting activities while providing operational assistance to ensure compliance with transparency reporting requirements. This position will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain operational efficiency and facilitate transparency initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES + Assist in coordinating transparency reporting activities , including data collection, remediation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness of submissions. + Support third-party vendors in preparing, validating, and submitting federal, state transparency reports within established timelines, work with HCPs, and patient engagement . + Monitor transparency-related spend data sources and communicate issues to relevant stakeholders for resolution. + Frequent and timely communicate across all functions and entities. + Interact and coordinates with external service providers. Requirements + Bachelor’s Degree, Required + A minimum of 4 years of required experience in compliance, business operations or accounting related functions, preferable in pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries. + A minimum of one year of experience with healthcare compliance regulations and industry standards including basic understanding of HCPs engagement, preferred. + Experience with open payment requirements and operational systems and data reporting tools, preferred. + Familiarity with life sciences operational processes is a plus.
