We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Operations Assistant, MTY SPS.
Principal Responsibilities
To prepare voucher and posting entry, filing and archive for cash discrepancies, chasing refunds for outstanding shortagesTo handle verification of notes / coins / foreign currency notes sent from branches / customers and prepare MITo place purchase orders and keep detailed records and contracts of all fixtures / fittings / machines / equipment and be responsible for preparing orders for repairs and preventive maintenance servicesTo order / distribute / keep stock / record for stationeryTo handle commission received from banks / companies / HKMATo check Charges Reports / Cost Centre Reports and settle invoice payments with Financial Control DepartmentTo deal with storage / destruction / collection of old records and keep records of duplicate keysTo collect, distribute and dispatch internal and external documents and correspondenceTo answer routine enquiries or to redirect them appropriatelyTo carry out other clerical duties as and when required
