Operations Assistant – $20/hr – Washington, DC

Our client, a national trade association, located in Washington, DC is seeking a temporary to permanent, Operations Assistant to support their team!

About the Job:

Handle basic Excel spreadsheets, data entry in QuickBooks, and other basic financial management tasks.Assist with public affairs such as maintenance of contact lists and executing social media campaigns.Manage calendars and schedule meetings.Maintain membership directories, contact lists, and occasionally contact members.Assist with the office move and other administrative tasks as needed.

About You:

2+ years of relevant office administrative experience is required.A bachelor's degree is required.Proficiency in MS Suite is required, especially Excel. QuickBooks experience is preferred.Self-starter with effective interpersonal and data entry skills.Strong detail orientation and organizational skills.Able to multitask effectively while meeting deadlines.

About the Position:
