Responsibilities:
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters.Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.Provide general support to visitors.Organize Presentations for Management MeetingsAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.Coordinate monthly meetings with different business units and departments to review projects and follow up on them.Be actively involved in all company activities such as:Event coordination (Operations / HR departments)Support to company departmentsAttention to external and internal audits and visits.Continuous Improvement ProjectsVisual control knowledge, identify opportunities.Lean manufacturing tools and techniques knowledge.Cycle time samples measurement.Headcount calculations based on monthly and annual volume.Who are you:
Proficient computer skills. Project management skills that demonstrate the ability to set goals and priorities to complete projects in a systematic and timely manner.Good decision-making abilityOrganizational skills to create and maintain an orderly and organized functional group.Excellent customer relations skills. Must be sensitive to the customer’s needs (internal and external) and show sense of urgency to address customer issues.Implementation of lean manufacturing tools.Requirements:
Engineering degree (Desired)Fluent EnglishExperience with spreadsheet, Pivot table, Power Query, Power Pivot, presentation, and word processing software.Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskOracle Software (Plus)Our Commitment to Our People
