The Operations Assistant serves as a critical support pillar for the Operations Manager, ensuring seamless documentation flow and data accuracy in a rapidly scaling business. This role bridges the gap between customer data, operational documentation, and reporting requirements to maintain efficient business processes.

The Impact you’ll makeDocument Processing\nOrganize invoices, shipping documents, and inventory reports\nMaintain standardized filing systems\nProcess and track operational documentation\nData Management\nConvert non-standardized customer data into defined formats\nMaintain databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy\nUpdate records following established procedures\nReporting & Analysis\nSupport the creation of operational reports\nExecute SOPs for PO/Invoice creation\nMaintain accurate reporting records\nAdministrative Coordination\nSchedule and arrange meetings for the Operations Manager\nFollow standard operating procedures\nSupport time-sensitive operational requests\n
