Summary This position can be filled throughout Fort Gregg-Adams Business Recreation Division: The Gregg-Adams Club, TenStrike Bowling Center, Cardinal Golf Club. Responsibilities Assists management with the operation of facility in accordance with established procedures. Issues, receives and controls cash receipts and change funds; verifies cash count of funds turned in by cashiers. Determines cash shortage or overages. Assures only authorized patrons utilize the facilities. Submits daily report of operations. Assists in setting up parties according to party plan. May assist bartenders in setting up bars and/or cashier's bag. Completes Daily Activity Report. Completes fire safety checks and secures the facility. May monitor inventories, place and receive food and beverage orders using Food track or similar software. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: *This experience must be reflected on your resume to be considered eligible for this position.* Progressively responsible duties in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items. Must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment. Skill in providing customer service. Ability to communicate effectively. PCS Costs: Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not paid, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest. Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials: This is a pay-banded position. Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances and Differentials (on OCONUS Template, will read as "Foreign Overseas Allowances and Differentials): Overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
