The Operations Associate-Lock Box supports the processing of payments for the Bank's commercial Lock Box clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with the Treasury Management team to effectively & efficiently implement and support Lock Box services offered to Commercial clients
• Open, extract & process remittance payments for Wholesale & Retail Lock Box clients, in accordance to each client’s specified handling instructions
• Perform accurate, timely input/keying of required data fields from client remittance transactions without jeopardizing quality & accuracy
• Perform all duties with respect for confidentiality of client information
• Communicate processing issues with department manager
• Identify methods of improving both functional & departmental efficiencies
High School diploma or equivalent;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Access)
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
