ABOUT THE ROLE
Participate in different company-wide projects focused on improving a specific area of the business. Have the opportunity to lead a project with the support of senior members of your team, ensuring it reaches the defined goals, objectives, and timelines. Lead the necessary analysis for the completion of multiple projects, identifying the best solutions in each scenario taking into account different factors such as client satisfaction, cost control and profitability Identify areas of improvement and work on the continuous improvement strategy across all areas of the business Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and deliverablesAttractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences Home-office friendly Gympass membership Other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee and the possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow.
