In this position, you will be working closely with and reporting into WorkMarket’s Operations Manager on impactful initiatives to drive growth and profitability for the WorkMarket business.

This role will have three core functions: 1) focus on core operations and troubleshooting on issues that impact WorkMarket’s clients and their independent contractors, 2) support key strategic operational initiatives that directly impact WorkMarket’s bottom-line, 3) serve as WorkMarket’s security and privacy coordinator with ADP’s corporate functions. The role involves a high level of data analysis, risk management, problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration across WorkMarket and at times, rest of ADP.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:


What you can expect on a typical day:


• Core operations and troubleshooting
o Serve as the liaison among various departments in WorkMarket and broader ADP to ensure WorkMarket is ready for organizational changes (e.g., new product launch, feature changes, platform issues, etc.). Serve as the conduit between Product/Tech and Client Service, Worker Support, and Implementation to seamlessly execute organizational changes with minimal disruption.
o Perform gap / root-cause analyses on processes or specific business challenges, bring in the right stakeholders to collaborate and solve them
o Create and maintain process flow charts for various tasks performed by associates on a regular basis
o Work alongside a matrix of cross-functional teams – Product, Development, Implementation, Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing – to ensure overall workflow, process, and goals meet business and client requirements.
• Key strategic operational initiatives
o Strive towards continuous efficiency improvement by identifying processes that can be automated, then prioritize them based on impact and effort and drive them to completion.
o Lead analytical work streams to derive insights on how to improve existing processes (e.g., optimize volume and nature of support tickets, improve WorkMarket’s speed to implementation, etc.)
o Gather insights and ask probing questions to develop a strong understanding of business processes.
• Security, compliance, privacy coordinator
o Work as a Security Champion for WorkMarket to ensure Security and fraud incidents are reported, analyzed, and remediated in a timely manner as per internal guidelines.
o Collaborate with Compliance team on Privacy and tax initiatives to ensure overall compliance

 

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:


• Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
• In-depth data analysis experience (including MS Excel), including curating, analyzing, and presenting data
• High level of ownership and independent thinking
• Ability to optimize processes, track metrics and implement metrics within processes
• Ability to thrive in an environment where there is some ambiguity and continuous change
• Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, then escalate appropriately
• Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent in education and experience
