The Base
As an Operations Associate, you will be based at our Broadlands Business Campus near Horsham in West Sussex. Our spacious campus offers a great working environment, supported by cutting-edge software and hardware. With on-site amenities such as a restaurant, coffee shop, and gym, there are plenty of facilities to enhance your work-life balance. Additionally, we provide a regular shuttle bus to and from Horsham's main line train station for commuters.

What You'll Do
As an Operations Associate, your responsibilities will include:
Completing multiple processes across operations administrationContributing and providing feedback in team meetingsCross-training for multiple functions/administration processes to support different areas of the businessDeveloping a good understanding of Platforms within the Financial Services marketFollowing procedures and instructions to ensure good client outcomesSourcing answers and thinking logically to find solutionsReviewing data for accuracyIdentifying exceptions and making corrections to ensure timely and accurate completion of activitiesThe Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications You Need
To excel in this role, you should have:
5 GCSEs, including maths and English language2 A Levels or equivalent qualificationsWillingness to learnAccurate with good attention to detailAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamExcellent written and oral communication skillsThe Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications That Will Help
While not required, the following qualifications and experience would be beneficial:
Experience in the Financial Services industryProficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft ExcelWhat You'll Be Like
