Greets members by name and clears them for club entry as well as helps to register members and guests for appropriate programs.
Assists with point of sale transactions that are in accordance with organization policies and procedures.
Ensures materials and towels are washed, dried, folded, and distributed to locker rooms and are ready for use.
Helps log supply inventory and notifies supervisor when additional supplies are needed to ensure inventory is stocked and available for use.
Identifies facility equipment repairs to the supervisor or facilities department to ensure the facility is running up to standard.
Performs other duties as assigned.

The Operations Attendant assists with the member entry process, point of sale functions, and information dissemination within the organization. Working under close supervision, this position receives incoming telephone calls, completes cleaning assignments and provides the highest quality of customer service to patients, guests, and medical professional in a timely and quality manner.Talent Pool: Allied Health
Provides high quality customer service to guests and patients who visit the organization, communicating accurate information in a timely manner.

EDUCATION:Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
