Responsibilities:

Coordinate the development and management of operating budgets. Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies. Supervise and mentor staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field. 6+ years of experience in healthcare finance or budgeting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

Masters in Business Administration, Hospital Administration or Public Health. Project Management experience. Knowledge of Budgeting Processes and Software. SQL / Aginity.
