About the Role

Drives the project team to successfully implement the company's strategic targets and operational goals with Simpler, Faster, More Connected and Agile solutions

Roles and Responsibilities:

Insurance operation support, transformation and digitalization/Applications projects

Provides support to senior management on the planning of department initiatives including allocating resources, identifying potential risks and setting up expected project deliverablesLeads dynamic project team members to work on the full cycle of project execution to ensure the smooth and timely delivery on project objectives with simpler, faster more connected and agility solutions.Interact with end users, confirm business requirements, and user stories with relevant acceptance criteriaMonitors overseas operation service team’s work efficiency and quality, may include on-site business visitEnsures the project team’s operations are aligned with company guidelines and regulatory requirements, obtains relevant license if job involves in regulated activitiesOrganizes and monitors periodic audit on need basisLeads the project team, maintains a positive and cooperative team spirit, delivers training on subject matter expertise to different partiesCollaborate the project team with agility project management approach, plan and guiding project process, encourage and support a project team member to promotes closer working relationships, knowledge transfer, share potential challenges and to coordinate efforts to resolve difficult or time-consuming issues.

Requirements:

University degree or equivalent experience (preferably in insurance, computer science and business fields) with minimum 7 years of working experience in insurance companiesStrong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills, able to motivate, coach, drive project progress.Excellent command of spoken/written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, able to contribute simpler and faster solutions and always puts customer at the center of decision making and day-to-day operationProactively provides simpler, faster, more connected and agility solutions with strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
