About the Role

Leads the team to successfully implement the company's strategic targets and goals with Simpler, Faster, More Connected and Agile solutions

Roles and Responsibilities:

Insurance operation support, transformation and Digitalization/Applications projects:

Provides support to the management on the planning of department initiatives including allocating resources, identifying potential risks and setting up expected deliverablesSupervises dynamic project team members to work on the full cycle of project execution to ensure the smooth and timely project executionInteracts with end users, validate business requirements, and user stories with relevant acceptance criteriaMonitors overseas operation service team’s work efficiency and quality, may include on-site business visitEnsures the team’s operations are compliant with company guidelines and regulatory requirements, obtains relevant license if job involves in regulated activities, organizes and monitors periodic audit on need basisSupervise the project team, maintains a positive and cooperative team spirit, delivers training on subject matter expertise to different partiesLeads the Agile project team, monitor the project process, encourage and supports project team member to promotes closer working relationships, knowledge transfer, share potential challenges and to coordinate efforts to overcome difficult or time-consuming issues.

Requirements:

University degree or equivalent experience holder (preferably in insurance, computer science and business fields) with 5 years of working experience in insurance companiesStrong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to motivate, coach, monitor project progress status.Excellent command of spoken/written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAccountable with a strong sense of customer centricity
