About the Role

Manage projects from inception to completion on scope on time and on budget for delivering the expected benefit, and drive improvement on the work quality of insurance business operation solution team through standardization and execution governance of user testing and health/quality check processes.

Responsibilities:

Perform project manager / project management office (PMO) role in running projects/initiatives within Time Quality and Cost (TQC):Drive the process of defingin project scope and objectivesDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressEnsure all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand the program schedule and key milestonesMeasure project performance, building and maintaining comprehensive project documentationCoordinate internal and third-party resources for the execution of projectsMonitor progress/deliverables according to project planEscalate program risks/issues when appropriateAssist in budget management and resource planningMonitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projectsConduct internal review/audit on user test activities to gauge the coherence level against the standard operating procedure. Coordinate & facilitate of health checks review process for identify improvement opportunities, as well as establishment & implementation of regular review mechanismCollaborate with other teams and departments to strengthen the incident management platform for incidents recording & tracking, and facilitating incidents analysis for identification of preventive and/or improvement measuresEnsure the project team’s operations are compliant with company guidelines and regulatory requirements, obtains relevant license if job involves in regulated activities

Requirements:

University degree holder (preferably in insurance, computer science and business fields) with minimum 5 years of working experience in insurance companiesStrong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills, able to motivate, coach, drive project progress.Excellent command of spoken/written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, able to contribute simpler and faster solutions and always puts customer at the center of decision making and day-to-day operationProactively provides simpler, faster, more connected and agility solutions with strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
